Service Equipment Manager
Gulf Stream Construction Company is currently seeking a full-time Service Equipment Managerto support their diverse industrial/commercial Site Work operations. Primary responsibilities will include the tracking and the maintenance of approximately 200 pieces of equipment dispersed across multiple job sites. Will conduct physical inspections of this equipment to ensure proper preventative maintenance is performed based upon hours of field usage and/or any repair needs. Responsible for the movement of equipment from job site to job site to and will also provide a supervisory role in overseeing small field crews as directed by the General Superintendent. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a heavy equipment

Business Development Director
Southcon Building Group, a Mt. Pleasant based Commercial General Contracting company is seeking to fill a Business Developer position.
Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the President, Business Development will be responsible for the day-to-day and overall management of the Company’s business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy.
. Broadens and deepens existing customer relationships to gain strategic positioning as well as retain exsisting revenue and attain additional business
· Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management.
. Self motivated and driven leader with a sense of urgency to stay in front of strategic opportunities
· Win early customers with limited support.
· Develop, maintain, and report to ownership weekly and monthly contact summary of development initiatives
. Develop status and analysis reports and presentation for regular review as requested
· Cold calls on prospective clients, architects and engineering firms
. Possess exceptional written/verbal communication skills, and display a strong customer-facing, sales and marketing, and presentation skills
Requires a business development professional who can identify potential construction deals and develop the tactics and initiatives needed to bring them to contract. This person will need to actively lead the business development function in an effective, aggressive manner. At the same time, this person is also expected to be a contributor to the marketing initiatives of the company as a whole. These needs, essential at this stage of the company’s development, establish the necessary professional background and experience parameters for the successful candidate.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
